Ice Detection

Up North  – a frozen ocean; the Arctic.

Ice stretching as far as you can see.

The ice moves, grows and shrinks, in constant motion, driven by wind and currents.

The sea ice is unpredictable. When the wind turns, the ice pieces turns.

Solid ice could break up into ice floes.

The eyes of the world are focused on the Arctic, it is all about Global warming.

The Arctic is melting.

Change in the Arctic will affect all of us, as the Arctic regulates all the Oceans.

It’s a cold hard truth working in the Arctic, freezing is a constant challenge.

The ice hazards force vessels to abrupt their operations, drifting ice can damage also an Ice Strengthened vessel.

The Arctic is a very harsh environment, unique, vulnerable.

You need a good Ice Detection radar when operating a vessel up here.
